Frequently Asked Questions

How far do you deliver?

Most of our customers require delivery within Cheshire and we often deliver to neighbouring counties. If you are from outside of this area then contact us and we will see if we can provide our delivery services to you.

What can you design made-to-measure?

See our made-to-measure section for other details, but we have no set rules on what we can build with our made-to-measure services. Bring your measurements to any of our locations and we will try our best to make it a reality. If you would like a kitchen made-to-measure then we endeavour to recreate any element that you may want and fit it into the design.

What are your prices?

By visiting our showroom you can see the reasonable prices on our finest quality pine furniture. Prices and offers change and deals can be arranged on larger orders, for example full bedroom or living room sets or returning customers.

What other products are in your catalogue?

Our catalogue includes not only the furniture displayed on our site but other pieces also. Ranges are continued in our catalogue and there are other styles and products that we cannot display in our current showrooms. Just ask when you visit our showrooms and you can see the catalogue which has a massive range of products that we can provide to make your home more beautiful.

Why do finishes appear different on different pieces?

All of our pine products are finest Scandinavian Pine. With all pine products the wood will age and evolve with time. The most drastic aging occurs in the first 6-18 months after this time the changes will become significantly slower and the wood will settle. If you buy a piece of pine furniture two years after your last purchase the aging process of the new piece should become closer to the older piece with time. If you are concerned about this colour change then bring a sample of your current furniture (a drawer, handle, detachable shelf for example) and our factory staff will use their experience to finish your new products so the aging process will match with your existing furniture.
